8-week course outline
Description: Coaching is an on-going conversation where I provide tools, resources, guidance and honest feedback as you pursue your personal and professional goals. You will learn and grow and attain your goals on a personal and business level. Our collaboration will accelerate and streamline your goals by using my effective and impactful approach and strategy.
Objectives: My responsibility is to provide you and your project with a clear and defined structure and action plan consisting of: content, insight, tools, wisdom, framework, ideas, and feedback. My coaching provides many structures for you to meet your individual and organizational goals. It is, however, your responsibility to move from awareness into action and accountability.

I begin with 4-weeks of 50-min sessions so that you are not committed for too long and can change your mind early into the process.
